I have a lot of clutter at home. I want to rent a mini storage unit. What are your office hours?
Our mini storage branches are open every day. Office hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Sunday (subject to individual branch hours). Please schedule a visit during office hours.
If I decide to rent after visiting, what is the procedure?
1. You can start renting immediately by paying one month’s rent, a two-month deposit, and signing a minimum one-month (or 30-day) rental agreement. 2. Alternatively, you may pay a $300 deposit to reserve a unit for seven days. You must complete the rental process and full payment within seven days. Otherwise, the unit will be released and the deposit is non-refundable.
When does the rental period start? What documents are required for signing the contract?
The rental period starts on the date you move in, based on the contract registration date. - For individual registrations: The tenant must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid ID and a residential address proof within the past 3 months. - For business registrations: A valid Business Registration Certificate copy and company chop are required.
Do you provide moving or logistics services?
Yes. We have a professional transport team offering one-stop storage services. Free quotations are available. Customers who prepay annual fees for long-term storage can enjoy one free transportation service to the storage (subject to terms and transport fee limits).
Can I access my storage unit at night? Is it open 24/7?
Yes. Our mini storage facilities are accessible 24 hours a day with a smart card and your unit key. (*Note: Subject to individual building access hours. *)
What facilities are available at your branches?
Facilities include trolleys, 4-step ladders, smart lock chargers, air-conditioning, and a CCTV surveillance system. (*Some facilities may vary by branch. *)
Do I need to sign a new contract when my rental period ends?
No need. According to our terms, if you continue to pay monthly or prepay after the contract ends, the contract remains valid.
How do I inform you after making a bank transfer payment?
1. Write your unit number on the payment slip and WhatsApp it to 8177 7779, 2. Or email it to: accountone@scstorage.asia 3. Alternatively, call our hotline at 8177 7778 and press 3 to reach the accounts department. Provide your unit number, transaction ID, amount, and transfer date.
How should I notify you if I want to end the rental?
Please notify us at least 10 days in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or email before your contract end date. The move-out process must be completed on the return date. The deposit and any other applicable security deposits will be refunded within 28 working days (including weekends and public holidays).
What happens if I move out without giving 10-day advance notice?
As per contract terms, if you fail to notify us 10 days in advance, a 10-day notification fee will be deducted from your deposit. Please notify us in time to avoid extra charges.
How will my deposit be refunded?
You can choose to receive your deposit refund via bank transfer or cheque pick-up at a branch. For any refund-related questions, call 8177 7778 and press 4 to speak with the refund team.
Are there any promotions for first-time customers?
New customers can register on our official website to enjoy a 25% discount on their first rental. Additionally, if you leave a short (under 50 words) positive review on Google, you’ll get a $50 rental discount.
Can I pay via automatic credit card payment?
Yes. You can apply for the credit card autopay offer from the second month of rental. After the 4th payment is successfully charged, you’ll receive a $200 rental rebate. Please consult your branch or accounting staff for details.
Do I get a reward if I refer a friend?
Yes. The referred friend will enjoy the new customer offer, and once they have rented for 4 months, you’ll receive 50% of their rental fee (after discount) as a rebate. Contact the branch or accounts staff for full details.
My current unit is too small or too big. Can I switch? How will it be charged?
- Upgrading to a larger unit: We’ll transfer your current balance and you only need to pay the price difference. - Switching to a smaller unit: We’ll help you find a suitable unit and calculate the remaining balance accordingly.

如果在倉內電話信號接收不好,而又想用手機上網, 可用wifi上網, 時昌大部分倉有wifi可使用,在OFFICE附近可連線.
層架借用
當你使用迷你倉儲物後,有可能出現「物疊物」的情況,每次要拿取物品都很不方便。使用層架後,便可以整齊收藏物品,較重的可放在最底層,較輕的放在上層,最重要是方便大家拿取物件,節省時間。(需繳交按金)

有一個堅固的鎖頭鎖好您的迷你倉是確保財物安全的重要一環!您可以自備鎖頭,亦可以向我們的客户服務主任購買。

搵個啱呎吋範圍的箱去配合需要,可以用盡用您單位入面的空間。我們有標準箱和特大紙箱可供購買,切合客人不同需要,非常方便!
個人文件
為令入倉當日運作得更快捷,請客人記得帶備個人身份證/商業登記證,以及3個月內有效的住址證明,與在場客户服務經理辨理入倉手續。
