Once you reserve a storage unit, we will guarantee the size and price until you move in. Depending upon the location, you can reserve your unit (one or as many as you need) 30 days in advance of your move in date. There's no obligation and you can change or cancel your reservation at any time.
We do not charge for your reservation so there is no need to provide your credit card details. Should you decided not to store with us then just let us know and you are under no further obligation.
To make a reservation its simple! After choosing your size and location, just provide us with you name, email address and telephone number.
Should you wish to make any changes to your reservation such as cancel a reservation, change unit size or location, then you can make the change in the reservations section of Your Account. All changes are free.
Once you reserve a unit, you will immediately receive a confirmation email outlining the details. Your relevant Store Manager will also call you to confirm your reservation and answer any questions you may have. To understand more about moving in, please refer to Moving In here.
