In 2004 we set out to establish a company that would change the self-storage industry forever. The company was founded by Tim Riley, a former executive in the storage industry, who wanted to provide a secure and convenient alternative to the hassles that consumers face when storing their belongings. The resulting business, based in Seattle, was a company that brings the storage unit to the consumer’s doorstep where they can pack it up and then the containers are taken to a secure facility in the area for storage.
We take pride in the convenience and customer service that we offer. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and exceed expectations. We do this by investing in our most valuable resource, our employees. We provide training and growth opportunities for our people and a work environment that fosters communication, teamwork and accountability. Many of our managers began working for SC Transportation as Client Delivery Representatives or working in the warehouse.
