  • There are lot of stuffs, seasonal clothes, cartoons and books in my home. I want to store in your mini storage, so how to calculate what size I need?
  • 25-50squar feet will fit you without furniture. We suggest you come to have a look, and we will explain about items details.
  • I need to store much furniture and stuffs during decorating my house, please tell me how big unit I need?
  • In that case, you need a 50-150 square feet unit. We suggest you come to have a look, and we will explain about items details.
  • I need to put or fetch something at night. Is it 24hours access?
  • Most of our storage can access 24hr.Customers hold their electricity cards and own keys, so you can come at night. (If want to visit storage , please make a booking first! )
  • I want to have a look at your storage, but it's usually non-working time. So what is your open time?
  • We work on 9:30am to 7:30pm from Monday to Sunday. Please make a reservation during working time.

  • Pay 1month advance and 2months deposit, make at least 1month contract, or pay hkd300 for reservation. We will hold the unit within 7days after paying reservation fee. Please move in the booked unit within 7days. Or inform us when you want to extend the hold days. (ps we will not refund the reservation fee)
  • How to calculate the starting date? And what documents should I bring?
  • It depends on the date you move in. (the starting date is the date you make the Tenant Agreement). For personal use, it only needs ID copy. For company, it needs BR copy.
  • We will rent a mini storage for more than 40days, and how to calculate the rent?
  • More than 30days' rental will count per day. It is, monthly rent divide 30 by used days. (at least 30days rental)
  • If the Tenant Agreement is expired, do I need to make a renewal Tenant Agreement?
  • You do not need to make another Agreement. According to Tenant Agreement rules, it is effective if you pay monthly.
  • Will you send monthly invoice because we company need it as proof?
  • Surely, we will. Please note on your Tenant Agreement, our a/c department will send you invoice monthly.
  • How can I inform you when I settled the payment?
  • Please fax the bank-in slip(please mark your unit number)to 30058505 or 31508136 or email to accounts@scstorage.com.hk. If you don't have fax or email, please contact 82248516 and inform us your unit number, account number, amount and date.
  • I will move out at the end of this month. Do I need to pay another month rent but I have already paid 2months deposit?
  • If you surely move out at the end of this month, you could do without it. However, if you don't, please pay for that. And we will refund the deposit to you.
  • The storage unit I rented is too small (or too big), so I want to change another bigger one (or smaller one). How to calculate the new rent?
  • 1.if your storage unit is small, we will help you to find whether there is a bigger one available. We will transfer your rent to new unit, that is, you only need to pay the price different. 2.if your storage unit is too big, we will help you to find whether there is a smaller one available. We will transfer your surplus rent to new unit. And it is still surplus, we will count to next month.
  • I will move out 2days later. So how can I get the refund?
  • There are 2ways, cheque or transfer. But you need to come to our storage to fetch the cheque. Please leave cheque receiver (full name), we will call you if we have already issued the cheque. Or you prefer transfer, please leave your full name and bank account. You can check it 3days later.
  • I will move out next week. So will I have my surplus rent back that day I move out?
  • According to our Tenant Agreement rules, we will refund the surplus rent in 10 working days.
  • Can I have discount if i rent a unit for a long lease term?
  • Yes, you can have 4% off if you prepay 6 months; 8% off for 12 months,besides we will have promotion irregularly.
  • Can I rent a unit used as office
  • Mini storages are mainly used to storage items. You can sort and pack items in storages but there is no electrical facilities and telephone network inside so we don't advice you use our storage as office. Actually, we have professional mini storage office with well-equipped facilities and good environment to lease.
