Once you have moved into your unit, you can easily access and make your payments, and manage your payment and contact information via our online 24/7 customer account section of our website at the following link YOUR ACCOUNT. Alternatively download our App and you can access your account information also.

Please ensure you maintain your current contact information including residential address, telephone contact number and email address. In this way we can keep you up to date on the latest developments at SC Storage, or in the case of any emergency, we can immediately contact you.
Set up and begin using our free AutoPay service or choose to turn it off. You can also change the bank account or credit card used to pay your bill.
If you ever forget your username or password you can request a reminder from your account and the information will be sent to your contact email address.
