Self-storage is meant to be easy and convenient. Here are just a few things you'll need to know to make it even easier, especially on your first day when moving in.
On your first day, please be sure to arrive at the self-storage site during Office Hours so that you can meet the Site Manager and take a tour of your storage unit to ensure that's right for you. Then you can sign your license agreement. If the units not right for you, you can easily make changes to your reservation straight away and take a larger or smaller unit depending upon your needs.
If you haven't already signed your lease previously at a site or you have reserved and paid for your unit online, plan on spending 15 to 30 minutes to complete a license agreement and provide copies of identification on move-in day. All license agreements are on a month-to-month basis, providing you with the convenience to move out at any time.
As a way of saying thank you and welcome to all new customers, we are offering a special $10 for the first month’s rent at most locations. For peace of mind you can also bring your own lock or other security items.
